Kenn Baird is an ordained minister, missionary pastor, church planter, author, and counsellor with a lifelong commitment to serving and strengthening the Body of Christ. Over the past 35 years, he has ministered extensively across the United Kingdom, Europe, North America, the Philippines, and Africa. 

As a former National Leader of the Foursquare Church in Great Britain, Kenn has planted and pastored multiple churches, developed leaders, and worked closely with local communities to bring hope and transformation. 

A Chartered Clinical and Pastoral Therapist, Kenn provides professional counselling, leadership training, and staff support within schools, businesses, churches, and community organizations. 

Deeply passionate about equipping others, Kenn continues to mentor pastors and ministry leaders worldwide. His mission is to empower the local church—across all denominations—to move into greater effectiveness and to raise up a new generation of Spirit-led leaders for the work of ministry.
